Written but never published in 2004, JNaturaL released 2 works in the genre of hip hop prior to the release of La Virgen. "it was a stepping stone to write my first album Escape From Babylon 2006. I never released it because I felt it was something very intimate about myself...the reason i feel the need to release it now, is that i feel if Im to be honest, as an artist, i need to expose everything. every step. its not about being perfect. its about being honest and learning".
This album is not perfect but it is LIVE. Her acoustic guitar is not professional but it is SOULFUL. Her voice is not pitch perfect, but it has its own story.
